Job Summary
DSI Security Services is growing and is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Security Operations Manager to support operations.
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations across multiple client locations while ensuring exceptional customer service, employee engagement, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication skills, experience managing security personnel, and the ability to build strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: $55,000.00/YR
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between DSI and assigned client accounts, ensuring high-quality security services and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee daily security operations across assigned locations, including staffing, scheduling, payroll oversight, compliance, and post coverage.
  • Lead, coach, and support Security Officers, Shift Supervisors, and Site Supervisors to ensure operational success and professional development.
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retention initiatives to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with client expectations and company standards.
  • Respond to operational issues, incidents, emergencies, and client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and communication related to scheduling, personnel actions, incidents, and operational activities.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, professionalism, and customer service excellence.
  • Ensure all assigned personnel are properly trained and compliant with company policies and post instructions.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, employees, and branch leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of supervisory or management experience required.
  • Previous contract security, military, law enforcement, or related leadership experience required.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Proficient with basic to intermediate computer systems and reporting tools.
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and communication required.
  • Must successfully pass all required background and drug screenings.
  • Must be customer service driven with a professional appearance and demeanor.
