SafeHaven Security Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee daily security operations at a client site in Nekoosa, Wisconsin.
About Us
SafeHaven Security Group is a trusted provider of professional security services dedicated to protecting people, property, and organizations through exceptional service and operational excellence. We are seeking a motivated, experienced Site Manager to lead security operations at our Nekoosa location, ensuring outstanding client service while developing and supporting a high-performing security team.
This position will be a full time, salaried position.
What You'll Do
• Lead and develop a team of Security Officers and Shift Supervisors
• Manage daily site operations, scheduling, and staffing
• Build strong client relationships through responsive communication
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client expectations, and Wisconsin regulations
• Conduct inspections, training, coaching, and performance management
• Respond to incidents and provide leadership during emergencies

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in private security, law enforcement, or military service
• Minimum two (2) years of supervisory or management experience
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to obtain or maintain any required Wisconsin private security licensing or permits
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and any other required pre-employment screenings
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing schedules, staffing, and daily operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer-based reporting systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds, and respond quickly during emergencies
Minimum Requirements
• High school diploma or GED
• Five (5) years of security, military, or law enforcement experience
• Two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and meet licensing requirements
