Supervisor Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site leadership and supervision for all assigned security personnel.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between M1 Global and client facility management.
  • Train and supervise staff on:

  • Support the performance of emergency initiatives, incident response, and operational readiness.
  • Manage all security-related equipment and patrol vehicles, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
  • Foster productive, collaborative relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Implement and maintain effective communication protocols to ensure seamless coordination.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Supervisory experience managing uniform security staff is required.
  • Background in security or safety operations within logistics, fulfillment, or industrial settings preferred.
  • Prior experience in the security industry, military, or law enforcement is required.
  • Strong knowledge of emergency procedures, safety standards, and personnel training.
  • Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings and meet local licensing requirements.
