Job Summary

The major responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following duties:

  • Manage daily operational and administrative functions for a large contract in the area
  • Develop and implement project plans for key strategic initiatives designed to improve operations capabilities and responsiveness
  • Compile productivity and performance SLAs, KPIs, and dashboard reports to ensure metrics are captured and reported for executive level consumption
  • Ensure the highest standards of conduct, appearance, performance and training are being met at all times.
  • Serve as the company's designated Qualifying Agent for Utah operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all state licensing, regulatory, and permitting requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain the company's standing with relevant state regulatory agencies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Successfully passed the Utah State Contract Security Company Qualifying Agent (QA) examination.
  • Current resident of the State of Utah.
  • Minimum of 6,000 hours of supervisory experience, as required by state regulations.
  • Prior experience serving as a Qualifying Agent for a licensed security company.
  • Experience working with state licensing boards and regulatory agencies.
