Job description

Summary:

Responsible for the protection of all assets of the property as well as assisting with the day to day operation and direct supervision of assigned activities within the Security department. Oversee overall department and/or shift(s) as assigned. Ensure daily operations and experiences meet guest expectations. Appropriately respond to and manage any escalated departmental concerns and guest and/or team member challenges.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with training, developing, measuring performance, disciplining, and/or scheduling department staff, as assigned
  • Inspects and evaluates Security officers for alertness, appearance and proper performance while on duty, and corrects deficiencies.
  • Evaluates Security officers on knowledge of security duties and recommends training needed for officers.
  • Maintains a monthly training schedule for all Officers.
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members
  • Performs other duties as assigned
