Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Security Manager to manage security operations for a high-profile client. The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for overseeing the client's Security Program including their Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), ensuring all security protocols are strictly adhered to while managing a dedicated team. This role requires excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and impeccable customer service, as the Senior Security Manager will interact with top-level executives on a regular basis. The ability to make quick decisions, work independently and collaboratively, and proactively address security challenges is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security protocols to safeguard company assets and personnel.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs along with trainings that pertain to the needs of the business. Partner with internal Learning and Development team to enhance trainings and build out training programs.
  • Lead the on-site security team, ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures through regular training and assessments.
  • Oversee and ensure smooth operations of the GSOC, ensuring officers are well-trained, security protocols are followed, and all incidents are properly managed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, communicating regularly with senior leadership and stakeholders on the account.
  • Conduct evaluations, inspections, and audits of security processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare the security team and organization for external inspections, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage the security operations budget, monitor invoicing, and drive efficient invoicing practices.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance safety and operational procedures.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to security by anticipating risks and swiftly responding to emergencies or security incidents.

Qualifications:
