Job Description: As an Intelligence Specialist at Parsons, you will join a fast-paced team supporting mission-critical requirements for the Department of War and United States Army. Become part of a diverse group of 500 professionals delivering expertise in intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination across Aberdeen Proving Ground and Edgewood, Maryland, for a portfolio of efforts spanning 5 years and a total value exceeding $600 million. The ideal candidate is highly experienced in multiple intelligence domains, skilled at supporting all phases of the intelligence cycle to advance Army modernization and support to the warfighter. Key Responsibilities : * Collect, process, analyze, and evaluate information at strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
* Support intelligence activities in areas such as counterterrorism, infrastructure, cybersecurity, counterdrug, border security, and more.
* Apply expertise in intelligence cycle phases, including production and dissemination of actionable intelligence.
* Utilize language skills and analytic techniques to support intelligence and counterintelligence processes.
* Prepare and deliver intelligence reports, briefings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner organizations to enhance intelligence operations.
* Maintain awareness of emerging threats, technologies, and best practices in the intelligence field. Minimum Qualifications : * Bachelor's degree or completion of formal Military/DOD intelligence training.
* 10 years of related experience with a degree, or 14 years with military/DOD training, in intelligence areas as outlined in the general duties/experience.
* TS/SCI is required Preferred Qualifications: * Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills.
* Experience in one or more intelligence domains (e.g., counterterrorism, cybersecurity, border security).
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Fluency in or active usage of relevant languages is a plus. Security Clearance Requirement: An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position. This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
