NOW HIRING: NOC ENGINEER IV
Location: Lafayette, LA (Onsite)
Type: Full-Time | On-Call Rotation OVERVIEW
TEKsystems is hiring a senior-level NOC Engineer IV to support mission-critical government and enterprise environments. This role is ideal for cleared professionals who thrive in high-availability, fast-paced operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Resolve escalated NOC incidents independently within SLAs
• Provide onsite and remote infrastructure support
• Participate in on-call rotation (nights/weekends/holidays)
• Support enterprise networking, data center, VOIP, and systems
• Create and follow SOPs; document work in ConnectWise
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Associate’s degree + 10 years IT experience (or equivalent)
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills
• Experience in enterprise IT / NOC environments TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (ONE OR MORE)
• Networking: CCNP Enterprise, Wireless, and/or Security
• Data Center: CCNP Data Center, MCSA Server, VMware (Veeam/SAN)
