Job Description:

Seeking a hands-on Security Engineer to join a collaborative enterprise security team. This role will focus on securing cloud environments, enhancing security platforms, supporting security architecture initiatives, and driving cybersecurity improvements across multiple technology domains. Strong AWS cloud security experience is highly preferred, while DevSecOps and CI/CD security experience are a significant plus.
Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and support enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
  • Partner with cloud and infrastructure teams to improve security posture.
  • Perform security reviews and contribute to security architecture and design initiatives.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing security technologies and controls.
  • Support cloud security, IAM, SIEM, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and incident response efforts.
  • Participate in enterprise cybersecurity projects and technology implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of security engineering experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Security.
  • Experience with DevSecOps and/or CI/CD security practices preferred.
  • Experience with one or more of these technologies: Cloud Security, Security Architecture & Design, IAM, SIEM, Firewalls, Endpoint Security, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, IDS/IPS, DLP
  • CCSP certification is highly desired
  • CISSP, CISM, AWS Security, or similar certifications are a plus.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of initiatives.
