Mt. Olympus in Wisconsin Dells is Hiring Overnight Security!

We're looking for a reliable, friendly team member to help keep our guests safe and our property secure overnight. This role combines security and customer service—responding to guest needs, monitoring the premises, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Responsibilities also include light housekeeping and maintenance such as snow plowing, shoveling, and salting during winter months.

The ideal candidate is honest, professional, and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to safety and exceptional guest care. Join our growing, family-owned company and be part of a team that takes pride in outstanding hospitality. Driver's License Required, must be 18 years and older to apply. Job type: Full-time, non-exempt Schedule: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am*; weekends and holidays required. *Actual shift times may vary based on department need and resort occupancy.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greeting guests and responding to queries.
  • Drive properties
  • Check door locks and entrances
  • Cleaning public areas, such as corridors, sidewalks and parking lots.
  • Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs.
  • Updating status runner logs
  • Work independently and within a small group
Security Requirements:
  • Previous guest service and/or security experience preferred.
  • Experience using industrial cleaning equipment and products.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting high-performance standards.
  • Physical mobility and stamina. Carry, push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop and kneel.
  • Must be at least 18 years old to apply
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with little or no assistance.
  • Be able to have flexible working hours and be able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Must possess a valid US Driver's license, be able to pass a MVR
