The Security Technology team leads the management and execution of life safety and security technology projects across Supply Chain facilities. This team collaborates closely with Construction, Operations, Compliance, and Asset Protection to ensure installations of fire alarm, intrusion alarm, CCTV, and paging systems are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. They oversee third-party integrators and coordinate all project phases, including commissioning and acceptance.   • Manage security technology projects from construction kickoff through installation, commissioning, acceptance, and turnover.
  • Oversee third-party integrators installing fire alarm, intrusion alarm, CCTV, and paging systems.
  • Coordinate installation activities with Construction, contractors, technology teams, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Track schedules, milestones, material readiness, risks, costs, contractor performance, and project status.
  • Ensure work is completed in accordance with approved drawings, scopes, specifications, and company standards.
  • Identify installation issues and project risks and drive timely resolution.
  • Coordinate system testing, inspections, commissioning, punch-list completion, and final acceptance.
  • Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular status, risk, and escalation updates.
  • Partner with Security Technology design and engineering teams when field conditions require technical clarification or design changes.
