Security Officer - Missouri Athletic Club

We are seeking a full-time Security Officer to join our team!

MAC is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. This position is critical to maintaining the safety and security of our club. We are looking for a reliable individual with strong observation skills, a sense of responsibility, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Security Officer Responsibilities:
  • Enforce Club Rules and Regulations: Monitor and ensure compliance with club policies among members, guests, and staff. Address violations professionally and effectively.
  • Active Patrol and Surveillance: Conduct regular foot patrols of the club premises, including parking garages, parking lots, and high-traffic areas. Identify and address any safety hazards, suspicious activities, or unauthorized access.
  • Visitors Assistance and Access Control: Provide directions and information to members and guest. Verify identification and ensure compliance with access policies before allowing entry.
  • Incident Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities, including property damage, theft, unauthorized individuals, or other unusual occurrences.
  • Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency situations, initiate appropriate protocols, and ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises. Coordinate with emergency responders when necessary.
  • Security Camera Monitoring: Monitor all security cameras system, identifying potential threats or suspicious activities. Report and investigate any security concerns using camera footage.
  • Bag and Package Inspections: Conduct inspections of handbags, boxes, and containers carried by employees or visitors leaving the building, ensuring compliance with club policies.
  • Customer Service and Communication: Answer phones professionally, provide accurate information, and communicate effectively with members, guests, and staff.
  • Availability and Reliability: Maintain a flexible schedule with availability for weekdays, weekends, and evening shifts. Demonstrate punctuality and dependability.

Qualifications:
