Requirements for the position:
  • Must pass criminal background check
  • Must pass drug screen
  • Must have a clean driving record - MVR
  • Must possess Great Customer Service skills
  • Must possess a High Level of Communication skills
  • Must possess A+ Time Management skills
  • Must be a Self-Disciplined and Motivated person
  • Must be able to multi-task and be an extremely Organized person
  • Must be able to travel
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older

Job Type: Full-time
Job Description & Responsibilities:
  • Perform installs for Cable, Security, and Access Control
  • Handle changes of service, additional outlet installation, and disconnect of service
  • Analyze picture quality and judge based on meter reading
  • Manipulate connectors, fasteners, and wires
  • Use custom CATV hand and power tools in performance.
  • Complete appropriate paperwork functions as required by management.
  • Read signal levels through use of field strength meter; add and subtract levels in installation problems; install connectors on different types of drop cable; maintain proper clearances; install tap-off devices
  • Maintain inventory of equipment
  • Other duties will be at management discretion.
  • Troubleshoots, diagnoses, repairs, replaces, and upgrades components
  • Treats customers with respect, courtesy and professionalism at all times and provides excellent customer service which meets our targeted standards
