We are seeking a dedicated Alarm and Service Technician to join our team and help our customers stay safe and secure.
Job Summary:
The Alarm and Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing security systems for residential and commercial clients. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, program, and test alarm systems, cameras, and related security equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing alarm systems.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Communicate with clients professionally and explain system functions and updates.
  • Document work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs.
  • Collaborate with the service team and follow safety procedures.

Requirements
