The IT Security Administrator:

• Achieve and/ormaintainrelevant professional certifications and continueprofessional development.
• Maintain usable andtimelydocumentation.
• Acts as a technical resource, mentoring and supporting other teams as needed.
• Identify,research, document, andcoordinate theexecution of security initiatives with the team.
• Configure, troubleshoot,andsupportnetworkinfrastructure software and hardware.
• Monitor forand respond toirregular behavioranddetermineappropriate securitycontrols.
• Ensurethesecurity of Youth Villages’ networks using intrusion detection,firewallconfiguration,anti-malwareprotection,and vulnerability assessment.
• Plan andimplement changes to improve the security posture of the organization.
• Educate and train staff on security best practices.
• Manages and governs the secure lifecycle of enterprise hardware, software, data, identities, and application development.
• Coordinatewith vendors to resolve software and hardware issues.

• Bachelor’s Degreeor equivalentexperience
• CurrentSecurity+ or equivalent certifications
• 3+yearsof experience in at least 2 of the 8 CISSP domains
