Position Overview
Securify seeks a detail-oriented and organized Billing Coordinator with mid-level experience to manage day-to-day billing operations, ensure accurate and timely invoicing, and support our finance and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with billing systems, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify billing data, contracts, and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Reconcile billing discrepancies, research issues, and resolve billing errors
- Apply payments, credits, and adjustments in the billing or accounting system
- Monitor aging reports, identify past due accounts, and support collections efforts by coordinating with account managers or customers
- Maintain organized billing records and documentation for audits and internal reviews
- Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to support month-end close processes related to billing and revenue
- Respond to internal and external inquiries about invoices, statements, and account status
- Assist in implementing process improvements and billing system enhancements
- Document all billing activities, updates, and resolutions accurately and comprehensively
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum two to four years of direct, hands-on experience in a billing, accounts receivable, or related finance role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for invoicing, payments, and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numerical data
- Solid Excel or spreadsheet skills, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and a customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines during peak periods such as month-end or quarter-end
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clean background check required
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in professional services, technology, managed services, or another recurring billing environment
- Familiarity with reconciliations, revenue recognition basics, or collections processes
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growing organization
- Certifications or coursework in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance are a plus
Work Location
- This is an in-person position based at our office in Mountain View, California, and requires a consistent daily commute to the office. Reliable personal transportation is required to ensure punctual attendance. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.

- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
- Visual acuity to read financial documents, spreadsheets, and computer screens
- Manual dexterity to handle documents and use office equipment
