Job Overview: Seeking an experienced Lead Software Developer to guide a team of engineers while remaining deeply hands-on with development. The ideal candidate is a strong programmer fluent in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript, with proven expertise in designing and deploying Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions at scale. Beyond technical skill, this role demands a confident communicator and team leader — someone who can conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, translate business needs into technical plans, and present clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Equally important is a forward-looking mindset around artificial intelligence and emerging technology and brings a solid foundation in software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), CI/CD practices, and full-stack development, paired with the strategic thinking

Responsibilities of the Lead Software Engineer:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of software engineers through coaching, code reviews, and technical guidance.
  • Remain hands-on with full-stack development using modern programming languages such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar.
  • Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions at scale, ensuring maintainability, reliability, and security.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs, architectural plans, and actionable development tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to define roadmaps, influence product direction, and drive alignment across the organization.
  • Champion best practices in software architecture, secure coding, CI/CD, cloud-native development, and overall engineering excellence.
  • Stay current on advancements in AI/ML, large language models, intelligent automation, and emerging technologies, identifying practical opportunities to apply them.
  • Lead the evaluation and adoption of new tools, frameworks, and platforms that improve team productivity and product capabilities.
  • Present technical concepts, project updates, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts around performance, scalability, and code quality.

  • Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript libraries such as Vue.js, React, Angular, etc.
  • Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, distributed systems, and API development.
  • Experience with modern DevOps and CI/CD practices (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
