What You Will Do
  • Drive sales, marketing, and occupancy at the facility
  • Deliver outstanding customer service � phone, walk-in, and online inquiries
  • Show, rent, and clean units; sell packing and moving supplies
  • Manage delinquencies through scheduled outreach (calls, letters, invoices)
  • Handle daily office operations: open/close, petty cash, bank deposits, reporting
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and secure property � including light maintenance, lock checks, and daily inspections
  • Assist with auction prep as required by law
  • Maintain organized tenant documentation

Who You Are
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable with basic computer and office skills
  • Good communicator � written and verbal
  • Self-starter who can work independently and stay organized
  • Available to work weekends (Saturdays required)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma required; some college preferred
  • Prior retail, hospitality, restaurant, or self-storage experience is a plus � not required

Physical Requirements
This role involves a mix of office and outdoor work. You will sit or stand for extended periods, walk the property daily, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. You should be comfortable working in varying weather conditions.
Other Requirements
This person will travel to our national Training Center in San Antonio, TX for their first week of the job (expenses paid for by company). Must have a Real ID or Passport for air travel (effective 5/7/25).
