Secretary Substitute

ISD #2687 (Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted) Schools has the following vacancy: Secretary Substitute, for Elementary, Middle School and High School. Hours will depend on school site. Duties: Various assigned inner-office tasks and responsibilities including but not limited to the following: receptionist – taking and routing calls from the public to the middle school staff and principal general office supply management, photocopying and faxing, US mail processing, purchase orders, filing, some district website management leave processing, some manual entry of staff time and work with time clock student scheduling and student data management Qualifications: high school diploma, office experience, strong ability to work with people-students, staff and parents, computer knowledge, and technology knowledge.
