BACKGROUND
The Los Angeles City Fire Department has a transfer opportunity for Secretary (1116). The Secretary position will be assigned to the Department's Administrative Services Bureau (ASB) and reports directly to the Fire Administrator.
The Administrative Services Bureau (ASB) provides the administrative, financial, and personnel support necessary to ensure the effective operation of the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD). Through its Budget, Finance, Revenue, Contracts, Accounting,
Audit, Human Resources, and Administrative Services functions, ASB supports the Department's mission by promoting fiscal responsibility, operational efficiency, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, labor agreements, and civil service requirements.
WORK SCHEDULE
The Los Angeles City Fire Department offers 5/40 and 9/80 work schedules. This position is required to work in-office every work day. Work schedule
