Secretary – Condominium Association Office

We are seeking a professional and organized Secretary to join our Condominium Association office. Responsibilities include reviewing and tracking vendors' insurance certificates and documentation, assisting with administrative and record-keeping duties, and responding to residents' questions and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.

The successful candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills, as well as proficiency with standard office software and procedures.

Hiring Process:

Qualified applicants will be invited for an on-site interview following a review of their résumé and application.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and maintain vendors' insurance records and compliance documentation.
