Job description

ISD #2687 (Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted) Schools has the following vacancy: 
Secretary Substitute, for Elementary, Middle School and High School.  Hours will depend on school site.
Duties: Various assigned inner-office tasks and responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
  • Receptionist - taking and routing calls from the public to the middle school staff and principal
  • general office supply management, photocopying and faxing, US mail processing, purchase orders, filing, some district website management
  • leave processing, some manual entry of staff time and work with time clock
  • student scheduling and student data management
 
Qualifications: high school diploma, office experience, strong ability to work with people-students, staff and parents, computer knowledge, and technology knowledge.
