PRINCIPAL DUTIES

Compile and maintain accurate pupil absence records and generate reports utilizing student data management system.

Handle office routine.

File records.

Handle telephone calls related to student absences and general school information.

Track student absences and tardies.

Run reports for attendance letters.

Assist with student health services.

Make reports to data processing.

Complete weekly/monthly attendance record request forms for outside agencies.

Other duties as may be assigned.
