Location: Houston, TX
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

DIHO Consulting USA LLC is seeking a reliable and organized Secretary to support daily office operations for one of our clients. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records and files, handling correspondence, data entry, and providing general administrative support to office staff and management.

Qualifications:

  • Previous office, administrative, receptionist, or secretarial experience preferred
  • Experience with a construction company or electrical contractor is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
