These shoppers assess elements such as food quality, service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere, then report their findings to the management or a third-party company. The feedback is used to identify strengths and areas for improvement, ensuring that the restaurant maintains high standards and delivers a consistently positive experience for all guests.
