Temp-to-hire position
 

Key Requirements:

  • This is a Business Analyst role with a ServiceNow focus
  • Candidate should ideally be a technical ServiceNow BA
  • Must have ServiceNow CSA and ITIL certifications
  • Bonus if they were previously a ServiceNow Developer who transitioned into a BA role
  • Must understand ITIL frameworks
  • Looking to convert to perm ASAP

Interview Process:

  1. First round—Technical
  2. Second round—cultural fit with the hiring manager

Key Skills and Experience:
ServiceNow technical BA with CSA and ITIL certifications
• Proven minimum 3 years’ experience across various ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, AppEngine, ITOM, IRM, SecOps) with in-depth knowledge of platform capabilities.
• Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and best practices for software design.
