Digital Tool & Die is an established tool and die shop in Grandville Michigan.  We specialize in designing and fabricating world-class sheet metal stamping dies, roll forming, fixtures, fabrication, and special applications to meet the industrial needs for automotive, furniture, prototyping, applicance, and U.S. Military

  • Try-out and tune in sheet metal stamping dies
  • Help in the assembly of dies on the bench
  • Safely operate presses, press feeder equipment, forklifts, overhead cranes, surface grinders and other machine tools.
  • Responsible for quality and on time delivery of new tool build projects.
  • Effectively communicate with engineering and quality team members when trouble shooting.
  • Help train and mentor apprentices on how dies are built and supposed to function.
Qualifications
  • Journeyman Tool and Die Maker
  • set up and operate mahcine tools (surface grinders, drill presses, and milling machines).
  • Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes
  • Understand and use a wide range of precision measuring instruments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effciently and thoroughly
  • Dependable, strong work ethic, collaborative team member
  • Good housekeeping skills

  • 2nd Shift: Mon-Thur 4:15pm - 3:45am, Fri 4:15pm - 9:15pm
