Blue Rhino, a Ferrellgas company is searching for a Maintenance Technician to join the team. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for a wide range of daily duties including inspection, maintenance, and repair of Vehicles equipment and systems and documentation of such tasks; all while maintaining safety, productivity and financial responsibility.

Responsibilities
  • Monitors equipment for unusual sounds to detect malfunction.
  • Responsible for mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
  • Dismantles defective equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
  • Conducts daily inspections & completes maintenance inspection logs.
  • Provides technical information and operational guidance to production employees.
  • Assists leadership with problem resolution and correction of equipment deficiencies.
  • Constantly considers long term upgrades / repairs.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical training / technical degree a plus.
  • 1+ years' maintenance / mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Mandatory overtime when necessary.
  • Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
