Available Shifts

1st Shift: 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Monday through Thursday
2nd Shift: 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM | Sunday through Wednesday

What You'll Do

As a Manufacturing Production Associate, you will play a key role in producing high-quality composite panels while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

  • Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Operate equipment and use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Inspect tools, equipment, and materials to ensure they are in safe working condition.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
  • Support 5S and TPM initiatives to improve workplace efficiency and equipment reliability.
  • Follow all safety procedures, policies, and required PPE guidelines.
  • Handle and dispose of chemicals and production waste according to company procedures.
  • Participate in overhead crane training and safely operate equipment as required.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
