Now Hiring General Laborers in Lebanon TN! Second Chance Employer*
Title: Work Cell Loader
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Payrate: $14-$16
Temp to hire!
2nd chance employer
Primary Objective:
Responsible for safely and efficiently loading the production line to either fabricate or manufacture materials.
Scope of Work:
- Ensuring personal and team member safety is the core foundation of your work
style.
- Responsible for daily housekeeping and overview of your direct working area.
- Working with the line operator to follow and complete the schedule based upon
priorities set through work orders.
- Safely breaking down finished pallets/cartons for line processing.
- Loading the line with proper spacing to ensure solid handshake with the machine
robot.
- Loading of bullnose material onto the kiln feeding platform.
- Breaking down corrugate and disposing of it daily in the corrugate compactor.
- Ability to work in other areas of the factory as production demands shifts to care for
customer requirements.
- All other duties as requested.
Experience and Knowledge:
- Previous work in manufacturing is not required but will be helpful.
- Previous work in material preparation and batching
