Job Title: WMS Business Analyst
Location: Memphis, TN and Maryland, USA
 
WMS Business Analyst (Location: Memphis and Maryland) โ€“ Client is looking for good WMS BA to provide operations support to his team in Memphis and Maryland DC. The resource should have a good understanding of the WMS and SQL to provide support to non-technical folks at these DCโ€™s
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for WMS enhancements and implementations.
  • Work closely with warehouse operations, supply chain, IT, and external vendors to deliver WMS solutions.
  • Configure and support Warehouse Management System modules based on business requirements.
  • Analyze current warehouse processes and recommend process improvements.
  • Participate in WMS implementation, upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Create functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing, and support issue resolution.
  • Train end users on WMS functionality and prepare user documentation.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Support inventory management, receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, and return processes.
  • Coordinate with ERP and integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and work with technical teams for timely resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs and business processes.
