Job description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to support our warehouse and inventory operations. The Inventory Clerk is responsible for performing routine inventory checks, generating reports, and helping ensure inventory accuracy across the facility. This role plays a key part in keeping our inventory data up to date and assisting with daily warehouse operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete twice daily shipping lane updates, ensuring accuracy in item staging and readiness.
  • Perform inventory checks as requested by the Senior Clerk or Manager.
  • Check will call orders against paperwork for accuracy prior to release.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by the Senior Inventory Clerk or Inventory Manager.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–2 years of inventory, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow directions.
  • Effective communication skills to work with team members across departments.
