Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to accurately diagnose the mental health conditions of patients within the hospice setting, utilizing your clinical expertise and thorough evaluation techniques.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific emotional, psychological, and social needs of patients and their families, creating a pathway for coping during this challenging time.

Qualifications
