This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide services via our innovative telehealth platform. Our telehealth technology enables seamless communication and interaction with clients, ensuring accessibility and comfort. You will be supported by a dedicated team of administrative assistants and clinical coordinators who facilitate client intake, billing, and case management, allowing you to concentrate fully on delivering high-quality therapy without the distractions of administrative tasks.

As a Telehealth Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your daily activities will include:

• Delivering psychotherapy services through telehealth consultations, tailored to meet each client’s individual needs.
• Monitoring client progress and treatment outcomes through regular assessment and follow-up sessions.
• Maintaining accurate and thorough electronic health records to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and enhance client care.
• Participating in clinical case reviews to enhance professional development and discuss complex cases with peers.
• Consulting with the administrative team to streamline client intake processes, including pre-authorizations and billing inquiries, to ensure a hassle-free experience for both you and your clients.
• Building rapport with clients and utilizing evidence-based practices to provide quality therapeutic interventions.

In this role, you will cater to a diverse patient population, specializing in areas such as mental health support for adults, adolescents, couples, military veterans, and geriatric clients. To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling or related field, with a valid California LPCC license.
• At least two years of professional experience providing mental health counseling.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and familiarity with documentation standards in psychotherapy.
• Strong communication skills, allowing you to build trust and rapport with clients while explaining treatment modalities clearly.
