Many companies and organizations offer second chance programs to support diversity, reduce recidivism, and give people a fresh start. These jobs may include additional support, training, and mentorship to help new hires succeed. Second chance employment benefits not only individuals but also communities and employers by expanding the available workforce and promoting social equity.
