Job description

Production Manager

Oversee safety, quality, and production and delivery metrics in a production environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

  • Works in coordination with supervisor to manage the daily operations of assigned employee(s), assuring overall quality, productivity, and policy / contract adherence.
  • Supports employee(s) by answering questions and assisting where needed.
  • Achieves required safety, quality, delivery, and performance levels.
  • Fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Performs miscellaneous assignments as required and/or requested.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Flexibility to provide coverage of various shifts as needed

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Able to work in teams and communicate clearly with managers and other team members.
