Job description

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is seeking a Network Administrator onsite at Langley AFB.  For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.   *Onsite/Hybrid/Remote work schedules subject to change based on contract requirements. How Role will make an impact:    * Support all computer and network requirements for over 250 classified and unclassified systems, to include information assurance, emission security and communication security requirements, and Desk Top support to multiple divisions
* Maintain unclassified Non-secure internet protocol router network (NIPRNET) and classified Secure internet protocol router network (SIPRNET) administrative privileges and permissions for JBLE-Langley AFB
* Efficiently maintain a complete inventory of all hardware and software and effectively project a modernization plan for tech refresh purchase options throughout the year
* Maintain DoD 8570 baseline certification training for Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II (Security+) and all Information Technology Equipment Custodian (ITEC), Unit Software License Manager (USLM), Client System Administrator (CSA), and Installation Systems Security Officer (ISSO), and Cybersecurity Liaison (CL) annual training requirements
* Maintain several RAID servers for file storage and data backup supporting over 200 personnel
* Maintain sufficient skills to troubleshoot and repair any AF computer system or subsystem, to include data recovery
* Develop training to educate users on new capabilities or changes to current hardware and software configurations
* Ensure that all users understand Information Assurance and Protection. Develop plans and perform periodic exercises to test user response to security threats.
* Maintain web content on both the unclassified Air Force (AF) Portal and classified (SIPRNET) web servers Requirements What youโ€™ll need to have to join our award-winning team:    * Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
* Bachelor's Degree Required
* 10 years of experience with systems, network administration, and oversight for hundreds of classified and unclassified computing systems and peripherals
* 10 years of experience with LAN administration, desktop support, IA, and Cybersecurity.
* 3 years of experience with AF MAJCOM level Network Administration and equipment custodian duties.
* IAT Level II certification (e.g. sec+)
* Network course certification (e.g. CCNA, CompTIA Network+, MCSA General Network Administration, or similar)
* Desktop support certification (e.g. MSDT or similar)
* Experience writing and employing scripts for user data backup
* Experience building, maintaining, repairing, and backing up RAID servers
* Experience running Security STIGS against classified and unclassified systems
* Experience providing configuration and network administration support necessary to repair, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure between end user hardware and main network switch Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: * Sit for extended periods of time and work at a computer workstation
* Use hands and fingers to operate keyboards, mice, and other input devices
* Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
