External Financial Reporting Manager

Total Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 (Base Salary + Bonus)

Key Responsibilities for the External Financial Reporting Manager:

  • Lead the monthly financial consolidation process and internal/external financial reporting activities.
  • Manage SEC reporting, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and other required filings.
  • Serve as a primary liaison with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits.
  • Oversee internal controls, SOX compliance, and financial reporting governance processes.
  • Support executive leadership through financial analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead and develop accounting staff, including oversight of consolidation team members.

Qualifications for the External Financial Reporting Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Active CPA required.
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
  • Public accounting experience strongly preferred, ideally at the Manager or Senior Manager level supporting public company clients.
  • Strong SEC reporting, U.S. GAAP, SOX, and financial consolidation experience.
  • Experience with large public company reporting environments preferred.
