These positions often include duties like greeting guests, assigning tables or seats, managing reservations or ticket lists, and ensuring an efficient and pleasant seating process. Common job titles in this category include host, usher, ticket taker, or seating coordinator. These jobs require strong communication skills and the ability to handle busy or high-pressure environments. They play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for guests.

Familiarity with CAD software, space planning tools, and industry standards is typically required. Strong communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills set top performers apart in this position. These abilities are crucial for creating comfortable, safe, and aesthetically pleasing seating solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
