Job Description: The Facilities Specialist will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the Washington, DC office, ensuring the space is running efficiently, cleanly, and professionally. This role blends office management, facilities coordination, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, personable, and takes initiative without needing to be asked. They thrive on ownership and will approach the space as if it were their own.
