Job description

OVERVIEW
At iTech AG, we’re looking for a ServiceNow Developer II who’s excited to grow their career on one of the most widely used enterprise platforms in the world. In this role, you’ll help build and enhance ServiceNow solutions that improve how organizations deliver services to their users and customers.
You’ll work alongside experienced developers, architects, and platform owners in a collaborative environment where mentorship and learning are part of the job. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience, enjoys solving problems through clean configuration and scripting, and is motivated to develop deeper technical expertise.
If you’ve worked with HRSD or are eager to expand into it, that’s a strong advantage.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Demonstrated experience designing and configuring ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions across core HR, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events and Case management, while leveraging HR playbooks
  • Advanced experience configuring Now Mobile applications including applets, approvals, task execution, push notifications and deep linking
  • Demonstrated skill and experience using UI Builder to design Workspace and Employee Center experiences, including page composition, client state management and component configuration
  • Ability to pro-actively identify risks, dependencies and unintended impacts of configuration or customization decisions and propose mitigation strategies
  • Experience delivering secure solutions for public sector clients
  • Ability to follow SN best practices, balancing speed to value with sustainability
  • Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience, including configuration and scripting
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (required)
  • Familiarity working in a SAFe / Agile delivery environment, participating in ceremonies such as PI Planning, iteration planning, backlog refinement, standups, and demos
  • Ability to troubleshoot platform issues, analyze requirements, and deliver enhancements with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document technical work
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • ServiceNow CSA
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • ServiceNow CIS certification preferred
  • ServiceNow CAD
SECURITY CLEARANCE
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
