• Collaborate with project management teams to establish timelines, prioritize resources, and ensure quality delivery in alignment with business needs.
• Partners with senior creative leadership to contribute to seasonal creative concepts, campaign ideation, and overarching brand storytelling.
• Advocates for suitable creative development timelines necessary to deliver high-quality, impactful work.
• Works in conjunction with senior creative leadership to develop seasonal creative concepts, campaign ideation, and comprehensive brand storytelling.
• Works alongside Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Digital, Retail, and other stakeholders to translate business priorities into innovative creative solutions.

• Engage with channel leaders to comprehend business needs and formulate asset strategies that optimize seasonal content.
• Uses customer insights, performance data, and market trends to inform creative decisions and improve effectiveness.
• Serves as a creative thought partner, helping teams connect product, brand storytelling, and customer needs.
• Maintains awareness of fashion, lifestyle, cultural, digital, and competitive trends to inspire relevant creative solutions.

• Continuously evaluates opportunities to improve creative processes, executional excellence, and customer engagement.
• Values individuality and the diverse talents of their team. Leads the team by communicating expectations, providing guidance, delivering feedback, and empowering the team to be their best.
This position may be found in multiple brands. Some duties may vary from brand to brand.
