GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:
To build relationships through excellent customer service, teaching, learning, and exhibiting a passion for technology while exploring the digital world together.
The typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5 pm.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Tech Expert:
    • Build relationships with customers.
    • Assist in choosing the perfect solution to meet an individual's needs.
    • Constantly learn new trends in technology.
    • Facilitate one-on-one learning.
    • Translate technical information into everyday language.
    • Maintain a neat, clean and orderly store including hanging and folding clothing.
    • Contribute to maintaining an immaculate brand location.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES WITH/WITHOUT REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in technology sales or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology.
