Northrop Grumman is seeking a skilled and motivated professional for the role of Supply Chain Planning Specialist (A02) with experience in supply chain management and/or related fields (including business and financial planning, contracts administration, project management, logistics, and manufacturing).

This position is located full time in Salt Lake City, Utah.

What You Will Get To Do:

The position responsibilities will encompass:

  • Providing support to the program team to evaluate material and equipment requirements throughout the life of the program.

  • Financial responsibilities including EAC's, material sales,material salesforecasting,andcost account management (CAM)support.

  • Ability to presentto internal and external decision-makersand represent Northrop Grumman Global Supply Chain in Program Management Reviews,organizationleadership briefings, customer briefings, and supplier engagement.

  • Planning and coordinating program requirements.

  • Monitoring and establishing material inventory.

  • Create and documentsupply and demandstrategiesinformal planstoachieve program goals andobjectives.

  • Ability to solve complex supply chain problemsusing established precedents and policies.

  • Identifying, documenting, and mitigating/realizingRisks and Opportunities.

  • Evaluating suppliers and noting key performance indicators.

  • Ability toprioritizeeffortsandadjust to quicklychangingprogramneeds and objectives.

  • Manage budgeting and forecasting, ensuring projects are completed within the approved budget.

  • Represent GSC as a prime contact onprogram contracts or projects.

  • Lead others through dynamic and fluid environments.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications for Supply Chain Planning Specialist (A02):

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years (0+ Years with Masters) of supply chain, program management and/or business management experience. We will consider 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

  • US citizen with ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.

  • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Project, Excel,PowerPoint, and Teams.

Preferred Qualifications for Supply Chain Planning Specialist (A02)::

  • Bachelors in supply chain or business management.

  • Experience with Earned Value Management and Forecasting.

  • General understanding of Governmentprocurement processes and regulations; FAR/DFAR.

  • Project/ProgramManagement or Supply ChainPlanningexperience working onAerospace and Defenseprograms.

  • Current DoD Secret or higher security clearance

  • Experience supportingmoderately complexproposal efforts

    • Basis of Estimate

    • Price Reasonableness

    • Commercial Item Determination

  • ExpertMS Excelcapability including pivot tables, macros, and VBAscripting

Primary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $98,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
