We combine gourmet food, handcrafted cocktails, and state-of-the-art viewing experiences in a high-energy, upscale environment. We’re looking for an experienced and creative Marketing & Social Media Manager to help us build brand awareness, showcase our events, and shape our voice across all digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan and execute social media campaigns promoting events, specials, and brand identity
• Capture and edit engaging photo and video content that reflects the Platform experience
• Maintain a consistent online presence and respond to followers or comments to drive engagement
• Update and manage website content, ensuring accuracy with current menus, events, and promotions
• Coordinate digital advertising, email marketing, and partnerships with local influencers or media outlets
• Track analytics and engagement data to measure campaign effectiveness and refine strategies
• Collaborate with management and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
• Support in-house promotions, sponsorships, and seasonal campaigns
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles (hospitality experience a plus)
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
• Proficiency with social media platforms and tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Later, Hootsuite, or equivalent)
• Basic graphic design, photography, and video editing skills
• Knowledge of SEO, website content management, and analytics tracking preferred
