Job description

The Seasonal Fulfillment Associate supports the preparation, testing, packing, cleaning, and return processing of rental communication equipment used at music festivals, outdoor events, corporate conferences, sporting events, and live event productions across North America.
This role plays a key part in ensuring customer orders are accurate, equipment is event-ready, and inventory is properly maintained throughout the rental lifecycle. Team members help support communication systems used by event organizers, production teams, security personnel, operations staff, and corporate customers at some of the country's largest and most recognized events.
This position is ideal for an entry-level, high school or college student candidates seeking hands-on experience in operations, logistics, inventory management, event technology, and customer service support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Fulfillment & Logistics

  • Receive and process rental orders, ensuring timely and accurate staging, programming, and packing of two-way radio equipment.
  • Help prepare and ship communication equipment supporting nationwide music festivals, outdoor events, corporate conferences, sporting events, and other live event experiences.
  • Coordinate outgoing shipments and incoming returns, including preparation of shipping labels, documentation, and return inspections.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet order deadlines and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Equipment Cleaning & Quality Assurance
  • Clean and disinfect rental equipment between uses to meet operational standards.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure all devices and accessories are functional and meet company specifications.
  • Identify and escalate damaged or malfunctioning items for repair or replacement.
Inventory Management
  • Track and maintain accurate inventory records using barcode/RFID scanning and rental software systems.
  • Organize warehouse shelves, kits, and packing materials to support efficient order processing.
  • Assist with restocking and monitoring inventory levels to support upcoming orders.
Customer Support & Internal Coordination
  • Document any lost, late, or damaged returns.
  • Help resolve equipment issues or order discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
Workplace Organization & Process Improvement
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace for efficient daily operations.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and suggest improvements to streamline fulfillment processes.
  • Support a team environment focused on continuous improvement and excellent service delivery.
Skills/Experience Required:
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
