Their main responsibilities may include evaluating, curating, and labeling data, as well as providing feedback to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of AI models designed for software-related tasks. These roles often require strong programming knowledge and an understanding of AI and machine learning principles. The 'seasonal' aspect means that these positions are typically available during peak periods when companies need extra support, such as during large projects or product releases.

For more than 40 years, we have shaped how people connect with essential services-reducing friction, simplifying journeys, and enabling organizations across retail, finance, healthcare, and the public sector to deliver world-class customer experiences.
Today, Qmatic operates as a truly international company, serving customers and partners across Europe, North America, and global markets. Our solutions power service journeys for leading enterprises and public organizations worldwide.
The Role
We're looking for a Full-stack Software Developer who thrives in a modern, AI-enabled development environment. You'll work on Qmatic Orchestra, our core platform powering customer journey management globally, with a primary focus on building new features, integrations, and enhancements tailored to our US customers.
This role is ideal for someone who:
  • Is comfortable working across frontend and backend
  • Actively uses AI tools to accelerate development
  • Enjoys solving complex problems in scalable systems

About the team
The developer will join a globally distributed product and engineering organization. While the core engineering teams remain in Europe, this position acts as the local extension of those teams - collaborating closely with developers across time zones. The role focuses on building US-specific features, integrations, and applications that address the unique needs of our largest and fastest-growing market.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of software development experience
  • Fluency in multiple programming languages, primarily Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Vue, Python
  • Experience building scalable systems and APIs
  • Hands-on experience with AI-accelerated development tools
(e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.)
  • Cloud experience (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP acceptable)
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to take the initiative and collaborate across teams
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
