Job Description Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Software Developer - AI for a contract position. In this position you will support innovative AI-focused initiatives within a healthcare environment. This role will contribute to the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of modern applications and cloud-based solutions using .NET, AWS, and AI-related technologies

The ideal candidate will bring strong software engineering experience, a collaborative approach, and an interest in leveraging emerging technologies to solve business and technical challenges. This position offers the opportunity to work on multiple AI initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications using C# and .NET technologies

Participate in the development and implementation of AI-enabled solutions and related cloud services. Build and maintain applications utilizing PostgreSQL and Entity Framework Core. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Develop and support cloud-native applications and services within AWS environments. Contribute to code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization efforts. Utilize GitHub for source control, code management, and team collaboration.

Support system integration, deployment, and ongoing application maintenance activities. Document technical designs, implementation approaches, and development best practices. Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute ideas for continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Qualifications Professional experience developing software applications using C# and .NET 8+. Experience with PostgreSQL and Entity Framework Core. Experience using GitHub for source control and collaborative development

Ability to design, develop, test, and support enterprise applications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. The base range for this contract position is $65.00 - $75.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S
