Adjunct Faculty, Medical Laboratory Technology
Example of Duties
Teaching of MLT courses, prepping and conducting student laboratory sessions, performing related administrative duties and other duties as required by the MLT Department Head or full-time faculty.
Typical Qualifications
Minimum Required: AAS degree in Medical Laboratory Technology and hold a current nationally recognized certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician
Minimum two years of clinical laboratory experience
Preferred: BS in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology and hold a current nationally recognized certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Technologist
Minimum three years of clinical laboratory experience
Preferred Experience:
Teaching/training in a clinical setting
Community College-level teaching

This position reports to the Department Head for Medical Laboratory Technology
