Compensation:

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in generating leads and building a robust client base through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices in client relationship management and transaction processes.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
  • Support clients in understanding the buying and selling process, ensuring a smooth and informed experience.
  • Manage and update property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing presentations to potential buyers.
  • Coordinate and schedule property showings, open houses, and client meetings with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Utilize company resources and tools to track market trends and provide clients with up-to-date information and advice.

Qualifications:
  • Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven, with a passion for learning and personal growth.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing insights and supporting colleagues.
  • Familiarity with real estate market trends and a willingness to stay informed about industry changes.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for managing listings, scheduling, and client communications.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
